I don't know if it's the source of your problem, but as the popup in your screenshot indicates, your model is invalidly defined. Mesh-based 3D editors like Blender aren't great at producing files for printing (doesn't mean it can't be done, does mean it can be a hassle.
As the error says, you have missing or extraneous surfaces - it's not unlikely that the surfaces it has work fine at its native scale, but don't form a cohesive mesh when Cura tries to scale it.
How to fix it? Depends on where the problem is being introduced in the process. Make sure you're exporting your STL at a high resolution, for starters, I don't know Blender so I can't tell you where to look. And I don't know Solidify at all.
Also, if you're in Windows, Microsoft's 3D Builder app (included in Windows 10, think you have to download it from the Microsoft Store on Windows 11) is actually pretty great at fixing invalid models. Just open your STL in that, it'll probably cope up with a warning in the bottom right saying your file has errors, click that and it will try to fix them (even if it doesn't fully succeed, it usually makes things better) and save it and see if that helps.
