Posted · Ultimaker 3 Extended - feeder nozzle not extruding PLA

UM3E_Bronica_ETR_Round_Winder_V1-c-2.gcode

Hello,

I'm getting this problem where the nozzle is not extruding the PLA filament while printing.

I have done the following to fix:

1. Active Leveling

2. Modified the setting on Cura numerous time

3. Modified to slower print speed and hotter bed

4. Correct print is selected to Extruder 1

5. Cleaned the print core

6. Tried unloading and loading the filament

7. Check for any clogged filament

None of it worked... And the photo on the very left is when I first tried to print which worked but didnt fully print successfully as I didn't apply any glue on the glass build plate.

Before I proceed on doing another print, I followed the lists above and tried printing again which the print came out worse and worse and worse. Now the filament isn't even coming out of the feeder. Also, now i'm hearing weird noise that is generated from the feeder touching the glass build plate. I'm guessing I have to perform manual leveling(?) but that won't solve the main problem as the noise is my first time hearing it (never happened before).

Please help as I need to print something soon....
