Posted · AA 0.4 printing head cleanup steps

Greetings!

 

Ultimaker S5 R2

 

Recently one of two printing heads started to give error in the beginning of the printing.

What are the proper steps to clear the head from molten plastic?

    Although I would say there isn't enough excessive material there to cause issues, it usually takes a big blob right under the nozzle for me. Depending on what error type you are getting there are more troubleshooting pages here:
