Posted · Consistent "build volume exceeded" errors when using supports

Hi there, I'm using Cura 5.7.2 with an Ultimaker S5 pro bundle. Lately, when I try sending jobs to the printer, the web UI tells me that the print exceeds the build volume of the printer, even though the models have all been tiny (around 50x50mm or so).

 

I think I've narrowed down the behavior to when I turn on supports. A little while ago I tried renaming the Cura profile folder to reset it, and the issue seemed to go away for a bit, but now it's back.

 

I'm at a loss here. Is this a bug? Something anybody else has experienced? This is my first time here, so please let me know if you need any more information.
