Posted · Cura 5.7 where is machine settings?

I seem to recall this used to be under Settings/Printer/ Manage Printers and Preferences/Configure Cura/Printers, both of these arrive at the Preferences Box with Printers on the left and when a printer was selected a Manage Printer box displayed so one could edit the start/end gcode.

Can you assist with directing me to where Machine Settings is now? Thanks.

You're not crazy. It hasn't moved, it should be there. Try setting another printer as the active one then setting the E3V3SE as active again.

Some plugins do change the buttons on that page so try disabling third party plugins if you have any (click Marketplace at the top right, click the cog icon in the top bar image.png.7faf68df53b1538962c1ead41c78b8ba.png and in the top section, "Installed Plugins" click Disable for any entry that isn't by UltiMaker, restart Cura and try again.

Make sure you're running 5.7.2 (not that there's a bug in 5.7 or 5.7.1 that I know of, but running the latest version usually doesn't hurt). And if you're running 5.7.2 already and it's not a plugin thing you should probably submit a bug report. They might also be able to help you solve the problem, too.
