A few thoughts:
What kind of material are you using? I've found that plain old PLA works at 200° but the PLA+ I usually buy does better at 210°. Even if you're using regular old PLA it probably wouldn't hurt to knock the temperature up, melts the plastic more which hopefully makes it adhere better.
Is your printer properly calibrated? Are the belts and such at the appropriate tension, and have you calibrated the E steps to make sure you're extruding the correct amount?
Try increasing Material > Flow > Wall Flow. Nothing too extreme, maybe 105%, 110% tops (but don't go straight to that). If you're underextruding at all this will increase the amount of filament that comes out giving it a better chance to spread properly and adhere to the wall next to it.
