Hey everyone! i don't know how to search this problem and i haven't find a solution.

I have a custom Bowden 3D printer with step/mm, current, k factor and other calibration well made. I have settled a lot of values of Retraction Extra Prime Extrusion and Coasting Volume to get a good flow in the Start and End point of each layer, but now i have this strange problem(for me haha) with 2 similar shapes in the model, those circle spaces, where the right one prints very well and the left one have an over extrusion. It's supposed to be well fixed, but anyways, other shapes have over extrusion too. I tried to change Retraction Minimum Travel and Minimum Volume Before Coasting but it doesn't change anything. Any ideas?

In the images you can see the Cura preview and the model printing.

Thanks!

It can be hard to pick when you've got a custom setup.

Is the one which is printing wrong the first thing on its layer to print? It could have something to do with that, especially if you have Travel > Retract at Layer Change turned on.

Yeah, in customs setups sometimes things go wild haha

I'm not sure. One thing I have noticed is that I have seen them appear after long trips. Again, I'm not sure how to relate that, because in many cases they appear and in many others they don't on the same model.

Let me make some changes to the travel settings. Thanks 😄
