Hi all, hoping for a little advice please if possible. 

 

I have attached an image of the issue I am currently experiencing. on the left hand side of the image, you can see that the layer are not joining on the X/Y axis, but they adhere well on the Z axis.

 

this is a file that has previously printed successfully, multiple times before. The other thing worth mentioning, is multiple people use this printer, so I am not 100% sure when the issue crept in, I am just hoping somebody has experienced something like this before, and can give me some guidance.

 

I have tried the simple things, checked the bed is level, replaced the nozzle, replaced the PTFE Coupler and stripped and cleaned the feeder. 

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
