Hiya! It's easiest to tell if you can provide the Cura project file (.3mf, set it up then go to File > Save Project) as well as the model or gcode since that includes your printer and quality settings and such.
However I'm going to hazard and guess and say... maybe Support > Support Interface Thickness isn't a multiple of your layer height?
Or you might have Material > Support Interface Flow turned down?
Without the project file, it's really hard to tell.

Thank you so much for your support! 👀 The support interface is disabled, so it wasn't an issue with the support interface thickness. Instead, it seems that the problem was that the support Z distance wasn't a multiple of the layer height (it was 0.1mm versus a 0.3mm LH.)
However, the problem has likely been resolved. You saved me. Thank you very, very much. 🧠

In the Cura 5.8 stable release, everyone can now tune their Z seams to look better than ever. Method series users get access to new material profiles, and the base Method model now has a printer profile, meaning the whole Method series is now supported in Cura!
We are happy to announce the next evolution in the UltiMaker 3D printer lineup: the UltiMaker Factor 4 industrial-grade 3D printer, designed to take manufacturing to new levels of efficiency and reliability. Factor 4 is an end-to-end 3D printing solution for light industrial applications
