Material retraction issue?

Hi, 

 

I've this issue with several of our S5 printers where after a print job, the filament is supposed to be retracted, but it can't because it is stuck in the print core. 

 

At first I thought it could be an old/defected core, but I replaced the old cores with 2 brand new ones and right after I finish the core calibration, I get the error message again. 

 

My guess is it's a software issue where the print core is lowering it's temp too quick. 

 

Anyone experiencing the same thing / solves?

Did you change firmware?  What version of Cura are you using?
