Hi guys!

I have an issue with the S3 when printing with both nozzles. When switching between the active printing head, a little bit of filament exits the nozzle of the stand-by head. This causes a little bit of filment hanging off the nozzle to be dragged around the object, leaving some small filament threads.

Any idea how I could solve that?

My settings are:

left nozzle (1) : AA 0.4, Tough PLA for the structure,

right nozzle (2): BB 0.4, PVA (watersoluble) for the support structure.

All filaments are the original Utlimaker filaments that came with the printer package.

Picture 1 is a TOP VIEW, you can see the threads hanging away from the back side of the structure.

Picture 2 is a FRONT VIEW. you can see a little bit of filament hanging from the left nozzle (Tough PLA (black))
