The feature request form is in the Cura GitHub repo. The developers do not regularly read the forums so that's the correct place to contact them.
However if you are printing over USB, submitting a request would be pointless. USB printing is deprecated and no longer supported. It is not going to have any new features added.
It's a relic from the days when printers were too stupid to even be able to read memory cards and had to be hand-fed instructions one at a time by a computer. It's less reliable than printing from a memory card (or USB drive, whatever your printer takes) and can result in lower quality prints, not just if the host computer is busy is cannot send commands in time but from a memory card the printer can queue several commands ahead into a buffer.

In the Cura 5.8 stable release, everyone can now tune their Z seams to look better than ever. Method series users get access to new material profiles, and the base Method model now has a printer profile, meaning the whole Method series is now supported in Cura!
We are happy to announce the next evolution in the UltiMaker 3D printer lineup: the UltiMaker Factor 4 industrial-grade 3D printer, designed to take manufacturing to new levels of efficiency and reliability. Factor 4 is an end-to-end 3D printing solution for light industrial applications
