The picture will be a rectangle.  You would need to create a specially shaped blocker that you can import to Cura and set as a cutting mesh.   That will disallow printing of the areas that they overlap.

It might end up something like this.

Here is what I did.  It's my printer (Ender 3 Pro) so you will need to make some changes.  I would suggest dropping the Line Width to 0.38 as there is a lot of fine definition in there.

The keychain hole is another cutting mesh.  I just stuck it in the corner.

Probably best to get it into a photo editing program and make sure the brightness is even and the contrast is high to avoid bumpy bits like Greg's has.

I would do it right now just to show him up, but it's not a job for 12:30 AM Slashee.

Isn't this exactly why they added UCPs?

@Rsiverly As you can see we're happy to help, but one important detail is... how big do you want these to be?

And also if you could upload a high res version of the picture somewhere like Google Drive or something and link to it that would help. If you have a vector version that would be super. This forum crushes image quality when you upload pictures.

I didn't get permission to use "Artistic License" before I got carried away.

I think he meant he got straight into the getting it into Cura and didn't spend time cleaning up the picture 🙂
