Remove filler hole in mold mode

I love the "mold" mode in Cura but i really want to get rid of the "filler hole" or whatever it is that always leaves me with a small hole at the highest part of my model.

I use this mode to create molds to fill with concrete and i always leave the model without bottom layers so i can fill it from the base.

Today i need to close this hole with hot melt adhesives before filling but it feels like a bad workaroud to solve this problem. Is there another way?

Can you print it upside down?  You might need some supports as a stand so it will remain upright on a table.
