If you still have the old computer - or the old hard drive, just copy the Cura configuration directory - in Windows it's %APPDATA%\cura\ (which equals C:\Users\<your username>\AppData\Roaming\cura\) onto a thumb drive or something then on your new computer, delete the Cura configuration directory it already created and copy the old one in.

What's the problem, exactly?
If it doesn't appear in the list when adding a new printer, then Cura doesn't come with a definition file for it. UltiMaker is not responsible for adding third-party printers to Cura, they must be provided by either than manufacturer or the community. If there's a similar model to yours, that often works.
Some manufacturers post instructions on their website for how to create a profile in Cura for their printer, so you might want to check that.
If that's not the problem, then... please elaborate what is 🙂
