No, not directly. All Ultimaker printers are designed to use 2.85 mm filament.
You might be able to get it to work, if at the very least you adjust the filament diameter in Cura. But it is not a great idea to do so. For one, you will loose all tuned profiles. While the hardware may seem to handle it, you can run into issues with material backfeeding into the hotend and then causing a clog.
Just use 2.85mm filament. That will work better.
