Your Friendly Assistant Moderator Slashee says: this isn't really anything to do with Cura if you've tried multiple slicers so I'm moving this to the "Improve your 3D prints" board.
Your regular Slashee says that if the problem is not the slicing (since you've tried multiple slicers and multiple files) it's either the printer or something to do with the printing process. Looks like it could be a problem with bed adhesion (or lack thereof). Without knowing what printer you have I have no idea what sort of bed you have but for a lot of things like glass you may need to apply some hairspray or glue to the bed before you print (just make sure to clean your bed properly afterwards with some isopropyl alcohol). People who aren't me may be able to give you better advice in that regard (I have an Ender-3 V3 SE which comes with a PEI plate and don't really have any adhesion problems to be fixed).

In the Cura 5.8 stable release, everyone can now tune their Z seams to look better than ever. Method series users get access to new material profiles, and the base Method model now has a printer profile, meaning the whole Method series is now supported in Cura!
We are happy to announce the next evolution in the UltiMaker 3D printer lineup: the UltiMaker Factor 4 industrial-grade 3D printer, designed to take manufacturing to new levels of efficiency and reliability. Factor 4 is an end-to-end 3D printing solution for light industrial applications
