Print speeds for same line type is different for two models

Dear all,

I observe the following situation: after slicing the speed of outer wall is different for two models. Since the printing speed for 1st layer (Initial layer speed) is 20 mm/s, I believe it should override wall speed? Or what is the correct behavior?

Also is "Top Surface Inner Wall Speed" working for somebody? When I try to play with it, it seems to be the same as "Inner Wall Speed" in all cases.

Cura v5.6.0.

I have checked that two models lay flat on the bottom, i.e. Z is zero and "Drop Down Model" checkbox is checked.

Unfortunately I cannot attach the models due to copyright reasons.

Thank you!

If you could share the Cura project file (.3mf, get it set up then go to File > Save Project) for something you're seeing this with, then the resident detectives around here can have a much better look at it and try and see what's going on.
