The thumbnail preview post processor scripts are sometimes very particular where they are positioned in the list if you are using more than one post processor. eg the one I have for my s1 pro must the last in the list or it doesn't work

It looks like you are using a 3rd party post processor was the cura reinstall the same version?
With my S1 Pro the jpeg code must be at the top of the gcode file do you get any jpeg code in your files?
Edited by PartySausageDid you have to configure the Thumbnail width, Thumbnail height or Maximum thumbnail size settings before? Creality printers are ridiculously picky when it comes to reading thumbnails and half the time not even Creality Print manages to get it right in my testing. If you could provide an example older gcode file with a working thumbnail and a new one which doesn't have a working thumbnail, we could investigate to see if there's any relevant differences.
I just stopped caring, personally, I make the filenames of the gcode files descriptive and ignore the lack of thumbnail because I'm only on the screen that would show it for long enough to move to the "Print" button, maybe turning on "Calibration" along the way.
