    If you turn off "Starts" in the preview line control I think you will find that it isn't a problem at the top of the S, H, or the last A.

    But the yellow "dots" between "inner wall" lines can't really be removed unless you do something with the line width, minimum line width, or increase the number of walls.Ā  "Extra Skin Wall Count" set to "0" might make a difference as well.

    Ā

    There are gaps there do to the model geometry and your line width setting.Ā  Cura will want to fill them unless you can convince it not to.

    Thank you for the reply,Ā

    Uhh actually I didnt mean the "white" starting point. What I want is to avoid those small holes that Cura isnt filling. I have attached 2 more images for further reference. One is the geometry and the other one is the sliced preview, hope this can clear up my question. Thank you again for your time, really appreciate itĀ šŸ˜Š

    Try the following settings:

    • SetĀ Walls > Minimum Wall Line WidthĀ to whatever 60% of your nozzle diameter is (so 0.24mm for the near ubiquitous 0.4mm nozzle, or equivalent for your nozzle size)
    • Turn onĀ Walls > Print Thin Walls
    • Try slicing it - if it doesn't fill it try settingĀ Walls > Minimum Feature SizeĀ (which only appears whenĀ Print Thin WallsĀ is on) to something pretty low like 0.01mm and slice again. If that doesn't fill it... then my idea's a bust.

    @Slashee_the_Cow

    I tried all those three but the result is still the same. But then I adjusted "Wall Transitioning Threshold Angle" to 20 (it was on 10) then it did the trick. I kept the "Minimum Wall Line Width"Ā to 0.24 as you mentioned above.Ā

    I found about this on :Ā https://support.ultimaker.com/s/article/1667417421589

    Ā

    Thank you so much guys for helping me outĀ šŸ˜Šā¤ļø
