It's possible the default quality profiles changed to lower the speed. You can always set the printing speed manually in the quality settings.
Most spools of filament will have printed on the side the recommended print speed. Just remember that the "Print Speed" setting in Cura will set the infill to that speed and everything to half of that (which is incredibly confusing if you ask me).
