I have a lot of respect for CarloK2.  I'm dissapointed you didn't read it and reply with more information.  Cleaning the nozzle and levelling the bed are the least likely causes of the error. You should read his post again.  Which has you go to my post.  Which has you do a few tests.  Basically you have to watch it do the leveling and you can learn a lot.  There are MANY possible failures.  Most of them are easy to fix.

The article linked by @gr5 also points out about 80-90% of all possible causes of this issue.
Despite how silly each step sounds, they are all relevant to resolving the issue.
