Hi Sir,

I am using the Ultimaker S3, and the screen is displaying a bed leveling error with the message: "NOZZLE OFFSET PROBE FAILED. PLEASE CHECK THE NOZZLES AND BED AND TRY AGAIN." How can I resolve this issue?

(2)Printer model:ultimaker s3

(3)Firmware version:8.3.1

Have you power cycled the printer after receiving the error?

If you reboot the printer, does it power up to the error message? If not, have you had the message appear multiple times?

There's a lot of potential causes for an active leveling error (stray filament on the nozzle, bad lift switch calibration, electro magnetic interference from a pinched cable).
