S7: Manually set bed temperature

I would like to use the bed to dry some filament, as per the user manual.

 

Where do I access the UI to set the bed temperature? I don't see any access to the bed temperature in the UI of the screen of the printer.

I don't think there are any regular posters on this forum who own an S7.  On the S3 and S5 you go to the middle menu on the left, click on the bed, then in the upper right corner is a vertical "...".  You might not have noticed these "..." menus before.  There is an option there that is pretty obvious.
