Thank you so much! I will try and see if this new one works, and will also attach the Gcode here for you as well

Did you make this using regular UltiMaker Cura? Because a plugin to generate thumbnails for Elegoo Neptune printers has added said thumbnails. And the signature added by regular Cura's version of CuraEngine isn't there.
And the main problem is there's absolutely no startup gcode in the file. It never tries to heat up, home itself, or do anything before it starts printing (and the printer should be blocking the parts of the commands to actually extrude anyway because it'll prevent cold extrusion by default).
Regular Cura will automatically add heating commands, even if there's no startup gcode in the printer's profile (and there really should be since as well as heating up you need the printer to home itself so it doesn't just start printing in some random location on the bed, among setting a few other things).
It's possible that plugin deleted the startup gcode (that would be easy to do accidentally) but removing the signature isn't really something you can do accidentally.
Or... and I'm sorry for suggesting this if it isn't the case... are you using (or have you used) Elegoo Cura? Because that would be bad. Not just because we don't support it over here on the UltiMaker forums but it's a pretty lazy fork. The worst bit is that it stores its configuration files in the same place as proper Cura but they're incompatible with each other which results in things getting messed up.
If you are using, or have used, Elegoo Cura, you need to do a clean reinstall of regular Cura.
If you've never had anything to do with Elegoo Cura, then in Cura please go to Help > Show Configuration Folder and from the folder that appears post the cura.log file.
(n.b. Please make a reply and attach the log file. Some people dump the entire contents of the log file into a post. When they do, it makes me want to hit myself in the head with the lid from a garbage bin.)

Wow! I didn't know that. That's crazy.
Well you only have to do step 2 in the "clean install" link above. Then when you restart cura it will recreate all the files in there from defaults.
So I have done a clean uninstall and reinstall, but forgot to copy the log here. That being said, I think I know what the problem is. I have never used Elegoo Cura, but I didn't realize there was a thumbnail maker already in Cura, so I got the extension from the wrong source. I am now printing the file, and it seems to now be working. Thank you so much for helping, and now I'll know to steer clear of Elegoo stuff

Your model still isn't quite fixed:
All them purple dots are pointing to faces which are disconnected and/or self intersecting.
You can also see problems in Cura when you see polka dot sections (but it's not quite as picky as programs designed to look for problems with models):
I can see why you fixed the model in the first place (it falls into the "I don't think I could make something that broken if I tried" category). Even that doesn't really explain the behaviour you experienced. A broken model could result in a failed print but it shouldn't make the printer have a seizure. If you could post a Cura project file and/or the resulting gcode (if you still have it) I'd be very interested to see; you can tell what the printer should be doing by going to Cura's preview mode, use the bar on the right to go to a single layer and then scrub the bar at the bottom middle of the screen to see how it's going to do that layer.
Oh, and free bonus: a fixed version of your model (Fusion 360 managed to fix a lot of the problems, but I ran it through Microsoft 3D Builder and it picked up on a few more) to try again with: MeshFixedSpartanFixed.stl
