Sorry, but first I have to get the stupid question out of the way: you do have a printer set up, right?
Now that we're past that, if you go to Help > Show Configuration Folder from the folder that opens could you please reply and attach the cura.log file?
(Sorry, but sometimes people just paste the whole log file into a post and it's annoying.)
