I dont know if you created this model, however, if you use a 3D visualizer you can see that the model is hollow inside.
This is a problem for CURA and the model can't be sliced properly.
If the model is yours, you have to solidify the object in some way (different softwares have different ways to do it), if the model is not yours, maybe it's possible to modify the STL file with other softwares, but i'm not an expert on that.
Aniway is a model problem and not a slicer problem. Hope this helps.
Here comes Cura 5.9 and in this stable release we have lots of material and printer profiles for UltiMaker printers, including the newly released Sketch Sprint. Additionally, scarf seams have been introduced alongside even more print settings and improvements. Check out the rest of this article to find out the details on all of that and more
We are happy to announce the next evolution in the UltiMaker 3D printer lineup: the UltiMaker Factor 4 industrial-grade 3D printer, designed to take manufacturing to new levels of efficiency and reliability. Factor 4 is an end-to-end 3D printing solution for light industrial applications

It's not just that it's hollow (though that's the main problem) - the model file itself is pretty bad:
Here's another screenshot (inside the front of the car) that shows the "hollow" problem:
I can't even get Cura to slice any more of it than this, so well done on that one:
