Posted · S5 Bed Levelling Issue - Single Core Loaded but Both Cores Active

I updated the FW to 9.0.0 a week or so back & printed several items without issue.

Today, a bed levelling issue, but it seems that both cores are in play, when only the left one is loaded.

The print setup is correct, the printer is doing it's own thing.

I tried cleaning the LH head & re-sent the print file, but same error.

I switched the printer on & off & re-sent the print file.  This time, all good except I can't have completed the head clean correctly as I got an out of material warning, so I unloaded/reloaded the material, re-sent the print &  noticed that the RH head was being used for the auto levelling.

I then switched back to FW 8.3.1 & re-sent the print file.  Same thing, tries to level with the RH core, which is empty.

Switched the printer off & on again, sent the print file again & this time, the RH core was retracted into the housing.

What is going on here?

It's currently printing, so I'll update after it's finished.
