Cura has a built-in 365° limit on the printing temperature.  There are ways to over-ride it, but the "How" is kept way in the back of the closet.

The printer manufacturer needs to provide the definition files and support files if for no other reason than to allow Cura to run the temps up to the printer's limit of 420°.
