There's no standard for networked printers (as far as I know). Unless you count octoprint which works with every printer but Elegoo does not come with octoprint (according to google).
UltiMaker Cura only supports network connections to UltiMaker printers. You have to select a "non networked" printer even if it is indeed networked. I don't know anything about Elegoo printers but it probably has either a USB flash drive or an SD card. Cura can save directly to either or you can save to your computer, then transfer to the SD or flash.
Google suggests you use "simplyPrint" but I don't know what that is. It appears to basically be an easy way to setup octoprint on elegoo. If it's not free there are instructions elsewhere on setting up octoprint for elegoo but those require buying a raspberry pi.
Cura has an octoprint plugin under the "marketplace" button in the upper right corner (likely not visible until you have selected a printer).

Here comes Cura 5.9 and in this stable release we have lots of material and printer profiles for UltiMaker printers, including the newly released Sketch Sprint. Additionally, scarf seams have been introduced alongside even more print settings and improvements. Check out the rest of this article to find out the details on all of that and more
