    Hi @kushido,

Happy New Year and welcome in here.

A standard calibration card for Ultimaker 3D printers are about the size of a visit card with a thickness of 0.15mm.
(A standard printing paper A4 80g are about 0.12mm thick.)

However, on the UM2 we're using a standard recipt, -the very thin one like the recipt from an ATM. This one is only about 0.05mm thick.
Make sure there is no remains of filaments extend out from the nozzle tip before starting the height adjustment.

    Good Luck
    Thanks
    Torgeir
