I think this is discussed in by previous people and as a solution you have to adjust the initail layer flow to 150% however i am not able to find this parameter in cura 5.9,so is there anybody that can help me out how to prevend elephand foot to happen.

Normally the setting used is in the Walls settings and is "Initial Layer Horizontal Expansion".  A setting of "-0.1" is a good place to start.

Setting the "Initial Layer Flow" is in the Material Settings.  Setting that to 150% would make for a REALLY WIDE LINES throughout the first layer.  That would make them stick out farther from the model.

(I level with a piece of paper so I like the Initial Layer Flow a tad high to insure good adhesion.)

I set Quality > Initial Layer Line Width to 150% for that. It's still higher flow, and that's what counts for adhesion. And yeah, the lines are wide. So what?

I level using my printer's automatic bed levelling because it has exactly zero manual adjustment.

That doesn't mean the ABL gets it right 😕
