Posted (edited) · Filament is dragging Please Help!

I've tried cold pulling, relevelling with A4 Paper and the printer's levelling options (Elegoo Neptune 3 Pro btw) tightening and loosening the belts, adding more glue to the bed and nothing works. It looks like the filament is dragging and being moved before it can cool in the right place, but the issue isn't with the height of the extruder because I've tried that already, and the temp's are at 200-210 and 70, so the filament is definitely hot enough. Just yesterday it was fine, please help! The piece I am trying to print is also attached. Also I'm using PLA+. P.S. Is it possible that overworking the 3D printer could be the issue, as I have been working it for a few days straight now.
