Also worth noting that Bambu Studio creates .3mf files which are often incompatible with Cura.
@GregValiant I have already tried that. I can get the design to split into 16 different parts but doesn't split it to where I can assign it different extruders(color). For example I want to change the extruder color on the parts that are in boxes below, however I am unable to split this any further. I am wanting to assign the extruder(color) like it shows up in the Bambu Studio. Is there a way to do this in Cura?

No. They have to be separate parts and in the case of that model, the "ears" are part of the head and so would print the same color as the head.
"PrusaSlicer" also has the coloring capability, but Cura doesn't have that ability at this time.
Here I've stuck in a support blocker configured as a Cutting Mesh and assigned it to extruder 2. It's OK for regular geometries but is tedious to do on organically shaped models.

Cura doesn't work with colors. You will need to manually set each piece to the extruder you want to print it.
If the model seems to be all-one-piece you can load the "Mesh Tools" plugin from the MarketPlace. After installing it, re-starting Cura, and loading the model; select the model and right-click. The top menu command will be "Mesh Tools" and then click on "Split model into parts". So long as the model was made in the correct form, the command should separate the individual pieces.
Then select an individual part (or multiple parts at once) and select the extruder on the menu on the lower left.
