Cura SUPPORT extension tools, "custom support"

Hello Everyone!

In Cura version 5.9, I can't find the option to add supports that can be added. Cura plugins are installed.

I'd be grateful if you could help me with this.

Best Regards,

Gábor

Support is automatically added to your model wherever required.

Are you maybe thinking of the "Custom Support Cylinder" plugin which was available in the Marketplace before but has since been taken down? (The author left to work on a different slicer)

Yes, I can't find it either, so I'm looking for a solution.

The developer who created it stopped working on Cura and started working on a different slicer, and took all their plugins off the marketplace (possibly in case a future Cura update broke them and they weren't going to be fixed).

You can download the latest release from its GitHub repo but bear in mind that it's a couple of years old and only confirmed by the developer to on Cura versions up to 5.2 so it might have problems.

(though one of the calves in my herd tells me that I might want to look at the Marketplace in a couple of weeks)
