it looks like funny gcode to me... did you try it with a different version of Cura ?...
did you have a look at the layer view mode.. can you spot the difference ?
it could be that the grass part under the belly of the elephant is badly intersecting with the belly itself and so causing some bad mojo on those layers...
might be interesting to try the different combine bodies options in the advanced option of Cura...
