A few question I need answered too if somebody would help

Recommended Posts

Hi

I have three questions that need help with.

1 I downloaded the latest version of cura and along with it the latest Firware upgrade for um2. Do I need to re do the bed levelling procedure before I print. I have kept the old v of cura in another location.

2 the tweak at z there is 2 input fields where you can change the temp / speed one is with height which would be awkward for me or there is layer number? Now is this the slider on the right where you view layers is this the layer number.

3 and last I have read some post about the efficiency of the fans and in some cases people have printed there own cowlings

https://www.youmagine.com/designs/fanduct-another-idea#!design-documents

Do these represent a significant advantage especially when printing with overhangs

Thanks

Bob
