Hallo, grüßt Euch.

Es ist mir schon so viel geholfen worden, nun mochte ich mich auch einmal revanchieren.

Für Alle die experimentierfreudig sind oder so wie ich, "Bastler vor dem Herrn" :wink:

Ich habe mich sehr ausgiebig mit dem Thema Friktionsantrieb beschäfftigt und

selber Bauteile entwickelt. Selbstverständlich auch in meinem Drucker eingebaut,

und ... funzt.

Wenn Jemand näheres dazu wissen möchte, gerne.

Vielleicht hat auch Jemand eigene Erfahrungen gesammelt, dann wäre es schön sich mal auszutauschen.

    Hi,

    hört sich ja interessant an, aber warum oder eher gesagt wie sollte man das im 3D drucker verwenden. Ich kenn diese Art von Antrieben nur im Bereich des Papiertransportes in normalen Druckern.

    Hast du mal Bilder wie das eingebaut aussieht?

    Hey Didi

    Das klingt jedenfalls schon mal sehr interessant, aber irgendwie kann ich mir nicht sehr viel darunter vorstellen.

    Es wäre Toll, wenn Du Deinen Antrieb mal in Aktion zeigen könntest.

    Mein System läuft seid etwa einem Jahr sehr gut mit diesem Z-Achsenantrieb.

    Und hier noch ein Exruderantrieb mit Bowden, von mir.

    Aber, es war auch ein sehr steiniger Weg bis da hin. Das könnt ihr mir glauben.

    Wieder aller "Unkenrufe" habe ich nicht aufgegeben.

    Genau, Aufgeben ist keine Option. ;)

    Deshalb arbeite ich schon länger an einem etwas ungewöhnlichen Bowden-Material-Feeder, der zudem universell verwendbar ist.

    Aber hier geht es ja um Friktion, und darum würde ich gerne auch mal sehen / hören können wie Deine Druckplattform arbeitet.

    The technology is very complex, due to the calculation of the slope.

    Die Technologie ist sehr komplex aufgrund der Berechnung der Steigung.

    (jeh nach Steigung, muss die CAD-Zeichnung und somit das *.STL-File angepasst werden.)

        Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface.
