I usually print a brim. Which is somewhat flexible. So getting a putty knife started under the brim (sharpened putty knife) is pretty easy on a corner. Then I just keep going further under the part by hitting the end of the putty knife with my palm. It usually pops off within 5 hits.

At the ultimaker booth (at shows) they use a putty knife also.
