Manual preheating and control.

After a long break of using my Ultimaker 1 I'm now getting back into 3D printing again.

It's nice to see that the Cura software has been improved a lot since I last used it.

However, one feature I can't find is how to manually heat-up my print heads.

I've always used this feature to change filaments and also to make sure there's enough plastic in the print-head before I start a print.

Now there seems to be no way to do this, or am I missing something?

How should I change filaments without starting up a print and then cancelling it as soon as the print head is heated up?

Most of my first prints fail because there is not enough plastic being fed at first (The print-head's probably empty).

Also it was nice to be able to manually control the steppers for maintenance, especially for moving the Z-stage because that one is very tedious to move by hand.
