i check that every 2 hours
got a reply (by phoning them). they promise me that the payment is taken into account, but the web interface still shows an unpaid printer..
i'll trust them till 15/10, and then i'll start to phone them again, every other day, untill i receive my kit..

Recheck the order status by logging into your account. In my case they updated it manually, I noticed the day they did and then they replied to my ticket a week later...
