Ultimaker USB cable

I purchased as used Ultimaker Original, but it did not come with the USB cable to connect my printer to my computer. I've been printing via inserting an SD card into the Ulticontroller, but I didn't know if I could update firmware via the SD card.

Can I update the firmware via an SD card? If not, where can I order a new USB cable for the Ultimaker or would a Rasberri Pi be able to transmit the firmware data wirelessly to my printer?

You need a USB cable to update the firmware, how do you connect your raspberry Pi to the printer?

It's a standard USB2.0 Type A to Type B cable.

Typically used for larger USB devices, such as printers or scanners. You can get one at any consumer electronics / multimedia store.

/edit:

There should be a cable included with the Ulticontroller kit. So you could (should) also report that to the Ultimaker Support and will probably get one from them.
