I have just been playing with the "Pause At Height" plugin and have been looking at the Layer view.. And noticed that there is apparently a missing layer when the plugin kicks in.....

On the layer in question, you can see tool path lines (blue) but nothing extruded..

Is this correct? Is this simply a GUI thing? Or is CURA really skipping a layer (I have tested thsi with 14.09 and 14.10_RC7).

NB.. To show this, I have simply chosen thick layers to exaggerate this.. But the same effect is seen irrespective of the layer height.

      • Ultimaker Cura 5.6 stable released
Cura now supports Method series printers!

A year after the merger of Ultimaker and MakerBotQQ, we have unlocked the ability for users of our Method series printers to slice files using UltiMaker Cura. As of this release, users can find profiles for our Method and Method XL printers, as well as material profiles for ABS-R, ABS-CF, and RapidRinse. Meaning it’s now possible to use either Cura or the existing cloud-slicing software CloudPrint when printing with these printers or materials
