@SandervG, I did not mean any shipment priority. What I was trying to say was that the focus on international growth was larger than the focus to get the supply chain in order.

@gizmo999, I also received tracking info on my order. So it's just in time to build an Ultimaker before Christmas

Payment : Paid

Shipment : Ready

It has been since three weeks with the order status: "Shipment : Ready".

Could you please tell me the visible shipment date?

@Sander, maybe it would be wise to change the status code from 'ready' to 'pending'.

A lot of people (me included) don't understand the 'ready' status.

i live in the Netherlands ,it says :

Nothing supposedly can pass through today, so perhaps DHL holds it until tomorrow.
