Ordering parts from ultimaker is a disaster!!!

Hi Sander, I placed an order of UM2 on 23 DEC and there's no info updated after I paid.

I'm patient and not trying to rush anything. But there was something wrong at the payment(payment failed and order couldn't be found, but already fixed) and no response to any tickets refer to the order status. It got me worried.

I really need to know what's going on since it has been a month. My order number is 14357442. Could you please look into it?

I checked and your order is registered perfectly fine in our system, and is scheduled to be shipped in 2 weeks (week 6 / first week of February).

I assume you are aware, but the lead time is currently 6 weeks. So I suppose everything is good.
