Feature Request - no top layer

I see in other 'slicers' that it's possible to print solid meshes with zero infill and no top layer - effectively producing a vase structure.

Infill is already controllable, can we have an option to not print a top infill layer?

I think I may have just found it. It seems there is a new version 14.12.01 that my installed 14.09 didn't think existed. In this version there are useful buttons for the expert settings, and the solid infill top

Solid top on/off was already available in 14.09, but it has become more accessible in 14.12 (due to the "..." buttons)
