cura 14.12.1 installer not opening on mac

I just downloaded the new release of Cura and My mac refuse to open it as a non recognized program.

What can it be?

you need to go to the Applications directory using Finder, and 'open' cura with right-click. it then gives you the warning but you can selet open, and it will register the exception, in future it opens normally.

Happened to me too ...

This goes for all programs by ?unregistered developers?

Seems to happen to people at random. Currently we do not know why, but the latest release candidate seems to solve it:

I was updating to RC8, but the OSX version failed to build, so I fixed that, and uploaded it as well now.
