can someone tell me pleas way this is happening?

@ganon - UMO or UM2? Please update your settings to indicate what kind of printer you have. PM dude is correct that it is ringing. Usually fixed by lowering acceleration. some filaments show it more than others. Also at some temperatures it is worse than others.

Tightening belt on a UMO might help - but really it just raises the frequency without necessarily dampening the ringing.
