[Ultimaker Original Kit - missing parts]

Got my Ulitmaker Original Kit last week. So far I am really enjoying the process of putting it together; however it seems I am missing a few parts. Before posting, I looked through my entire workshop multiple times to be sure that I didn't misplace them, but they did not turn up.

Here is a list of the parts I am missing:

 

• 1 injection molded black clip (for extrusion head)
  
• 1 "strain relief" (covers electronics on extrusion head)
  
• 4 Delrin parts (for z-platform)
  
• 1 "small gear" (black injection molded part for material feeder)
  
• 1 Delrin clip (for material feeder)
  
• 1 "feeder wheel" (for material feeder)
  
• 1 "mounting plate" (for material feeder)
  
• 2 "side plates" (for material feeder)
  
• 1 "lever" (for material feeder)
  

Most of these parts are injection molded, so I don't know where I would get them other than from Ultimaker. Any help would be appreciated!
