Ich hatte erst dieselben Print-Probleme bei/mit ASA. Bei mir hat es geholfen, die Nose/Printing-Temperatur auf 285-275°C und die Bed-Temperatur (Glas) auf 85-75°C einzustellen. ;-)
Ich drucke jedoch meine 3D-Prototypen noch oft via Cura 1.5 BCN3D (wegen dem IDEX-System) auf einem BCN3D Sigma und oft auch erst mal als unkompliziertes PLA-Modell. Erst danach geht's dann mit ASA weiter, u.a. auch weil PLA für aussen mit UV-Strahlung meist nicht tauglich ist.
